1. Is there catalog or price list available ?
Answer:  there are thousands of existing mascot characters for selection, and we have new mascot design available regularly, the catalog or price list would not be very fruitful.
Our website contains all the information we have on our products.  If you have any specific question, we welcome you to contact our customer service representatives.

2.Is there any tracking number for my order?
Answer: Yes, you can track your order at www.17track.net with tracking number we provided

3.Is the product same as photos?
Answer: Yes, all photos and videos are real.

4.Can you declare lower value?
Answer: Yes, usually we will declare $10-$100, if you have special request, please contact us

5.I am a re seller, would like to buy many pieces of your item, is there wholesale price?
Answer: Yes, please email us for multiple purchase, we will offer discount. And drop shipping is available too

Answer: Yes, drop shipping is common among the Electronics retailing business. 7. What should I do if I still do not receive my order after the estimated time of arrival ?

Answer: The estimated arrival time is provided by our previous shipping records and courier official annoucement, please contact us to check the status with courier if the package undelivered by ETA, due to transportaion is affected by many factors, there may be unexpected delay caused by any reason, please plan your event after receive of package, the buyer take all responsiblity for the package missed event.

8. What if the shipment is lost or missing ?

Answer: A free replacement solution will be offered to you if the package was lost in transportation or hold by customs

9. How long does the mascot can be used ?
Answer: With proper care and cleaning a mascot costume should last many years depending on use.  If a costume is used 2 or 3 times a week we suggest a second costume be purchased so that you can always have a clean costume. Alternating costumes also extends the wear.

10. Is customized mascot available ?
