1.Put vest on, buckle vest in the front and adjust it fits you ​

2.Put feet into sandals built in the costume ​

3.Figure out straps inside of costume, 2 fronts, 2 back

​4.Fasten front straps of costume to front buckle of vest ​

5.Fasten back straps of costume to back buckle of vest

6​.Put battery into back pocket of vest (be sure the battery has power before using)

7.Connect fan to the battery

8.Zip up costume to let it fully inflate, enjoy using of costume
